Cycling has given Ryan the opportunity to ride as a professional and also represent Wales, so owes a lot to his Dad for buying him a pushbike instead of the motorbike he dreamt of as a child.

At 34 years old, Ryan now juggles being a Dad with being a Postman and Coach for Rowe & King.

Ryan has extensive cycling and coaching experience from his 20+ years in the sport and now coaches with Rowe & King to share his practical knowledge.
