Lewys has been involved in the world of cycling for 25+ years, He has represented Great Britain in the world mountain bike championships and for the welsh team on the road in events all over the world. In addition, Lewys is a keen endurance runner who has raced for the welsh senior team in numerous international events.
Lewys brings a wealth of experience to Rowe & King’s coaching team, having been coaching for the last 4 years where he has helped riders achieve their goals and targets through his pragmatic approach to coaching.
Alongside coaching, Lewys works as a civil servant and still a keen athlete, competing in cycling and running events.
On the weekend you are most likely to find Lewys cycling around the Brecon beacons and spending time with his family.
