Courtney Rowe

Head Coach

Courtney was a racing cyclist in his youth, during the 1970’s and has remained in the sport to this day where he currently races frequently throughout the summer across the disciplines of road, track and time trialling.

Courtney has won World Championship medals on the track at Masters level and has numerous British and Welsh Championship titles to his name, on both the Road and Track.

Possessing true passion for coaching – Courtney has been perfecting the art for the last 30 years where he has coached riders from all 4 corners of the World towards achieving their personal goals.
